J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TD (Vancouver, BC) en mars 2022
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and we set up an interview. She did not show up for the interview, so I called her after 20 minutes of waiting and she didn't apologize. She conducted the interview, and told me I would be a great fit and she said I would hear back from her within the week to set up and interview with a branch manager. There was no follow up for two weeks. Then, another recruiter reached out to me, apologizing as she said she was supposed to reach out to me two weeks early but forgot... I was confused why I was being passed on from one recruiter to the next when I was told I would be speaking to a branch manager. This second recruiter also told me she would be setting up and interview with a branch manager, and it has been 3 weeks since this conversation. I followed up twice but was ghosted. Honestly I am shocked that a reputable bank like TD has such a bad recruitment team and process.
Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks

Time consuming, they don’t even follow up with you and inform you of the status where you were denied or not. 5 different interview just to waste your time and mislead you
