applied online, submitted cover letter/resume through their TD Bank website, created a "profile". you are given a phone interview if they are interested in you. If successful will schedule you for an interview with a branch manager at a specific TD Bank branch location, the manager and the head teller will ask you various types of behavior questions.

Entretien
HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.

They asked about my customer service experience and how I problem solved.
there were two interviews with the hiring manager and HR person. took approximately 3 weeks from begin to end of when first applied. normal type of behaviour questions were asked
