The interview is two parts. Phone and face to face video interview. The two interview was the almost the same so I don’t think it’s necessary but the managers and hr member was nice and responsive. They kept asking which branch would I prefer during the phone interview and by the end of the day I was not even interviewing for the branch I applied for. I think both of the interview went well but they did not choose me. Overall, easy interview but I don’t think TD gives enough information on how to become successful. Though they send me a email saying they interviewed a number of candidates for the position and while you offer various skills and experiences for this role, we wish to advise that you have not been selected for this position.

The hiring and interview process with TD is pretty straight forward. You go through 3 stages, phone call interview, interview with MCR at Bank, then interview with branch manager. Most question are behavioural, some situational questions. The banks more gauge how you are as a person, are you approachable? likeable? good CS skills. The ONE thing you must know, in order to get into banks, for the most part, you have to know someone to get you in. A lot of the new hires or previous people I spoke with all knew someone who had gotten them into the position. Connections are the real deal. Not to say a person cannot get in otherwise, but it does make things significantly easier.
