The first interview was with a recruiter and second was with a manager. Both were very friendly, questions were standard and mainly scenario based. The interview to hiring process was pretty quick and I was hired in about 2 weeks after my first interview.

Tell me a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you resolve the situation?
Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
