I applied online. I received an email a couple weeks after asking to fill out a personality assessment.
7 days after completing the assessment, I was contact by HR for a 30 minute phone interview.
5 days following I was contacted for an in person interview at the branch with the branch Manager.

Entretien
Panel interview with mostly behavioral and situational questions. How do you manage stress, Deescalate internal/external conflicts etc. Not very difficult structured as a Q/A session managers were patient and understanding.

How do you manage stress in a fast paced environment and balance customer service/sales targets.
Virtual interview, around 30-60 minutes. Firstly, the interviewer reads the document and then enters the question and answer session. About 5-6 questions, asking for examples. You'll be asked if you have any questions at the end.

Entretien
The interview felt very comfortable and welcoming. The HR is really nice and patient. The questions from the interview are not that hard, just some common questions that most of the people can handle. I have a good impression to this company.
