So far in the first stages of the hiring process. Submitted application last week and within days got a message from the hiring manager (I suspect) asking for availability for a 30min video interview. A bit informal of an approach as I usually get reached out via email or phone call with more instruction on what to expect.

Entretien
Applied through TD website. Contacted by HR a few weeks later by phone in order to select which location I would like. Interviewed by Store Manager and Asst. Store Manager. Answered some general questions. I recommend to bring a copy of your resume. They were very friendly and engaging. HR called to say that I was offered the job about two days later. Went to get fingerprinted and photographed. Then started training.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I had a history of switching between a lot of jobs within the last 12 months. They asked why and how can I assure them that if given the position, I would not just leave again.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TD (Gaithersburg, MD) en mars 2026
Entretien
I applied online and got an online interview with the district manager. Next, I had an interview at the specific location. I was not told it was a panel interview and the 3 managers were very unprofessional. They asked inappropriate questions, changed the question after my response, and it was overall a very toxic/humiliating one hour interview.
Was very straightforward, make sure to remain calm. Answer confidently and be honest. Try to know some fun facts about the company; they love it when you are knowledgeable and know about where you want to work. It shows that you are interested and that it's not just another job.
