Good process. Don’t be fooled by the shared Saturday’s though. Upper management likes to take those off. Standard interview questions, just google top ten interview questions and prepare for those and you’ll be set. Just make sure to add your personality and passion into those questions without the standard answers

Interviewed with store manager and assistant manager. Got a call back in about 2 weeks with offer. Very easy experience. They asked pretty basic questions and let me know about the job.
