About 50 potential hires for various positions were invited to the downtown Vancouver office. There we were seated at tables of 4-5. Each table had one person from TD at it. Each table played a different boardgame, while the TD employee took notes. Candidates were invited one by one into a side room and asked something like three questions, then went back to playing games. After the games there was a brief meet-and-greet, and that was it. I am not making this up.
