Applied online but not selected. Went into one branch for informational interview. There was vacancy. They forwarded resume to HR. I was asked to complete an online assessment then phone interview followed 2 days after. Personally, I knew I didn’t do well during the interview. I couldn’t answer ‘What does customer service mean to you?’ Waiting if I would be called for 1:1 interview. My advice is be prepared. Do your research well and know what you have to say.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
