Entretien
First there is an online questionnaire - to screen for personality and morality traits (e.g. What to do in certain situations and whether or not to justify possible perceived "immoral" actions)
After the questionnaire is processed, I received an email detailing the recruiter's info who would later schedule a phone interview with me.
Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes.
Final in-branch interview lasted about 30 minutes.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
