Applied online, got a phone interview and they offered me a face-to-face interview before we hung up on the call. The lady was nice and understanding. She was also very transparent, disclosing salary and next steps right away, so that way we would not waste our time if it wasn't meeting the candidate's expectations.

Online Assessment and phone interview. After the assessment I got an email to schedule me for an interview. Same day I had the interview I got a feedback that I was successful

Entretien
The interview process was fairly easy. They ask basic Investment and customer service-related questions. Be well prepared for a long interview of about 45-50 mins.
It was one step interview for me, but i strongly feel good preparation and knowledge can definitely get you in!

Entretien
Applied online. A week after received a phone interview, then another week interviewing with the hiring manager and other team members. Due to the pandemic, the process was taking through phone about 30 mins and virtual interviewing about 1hr. Did not get any response a week after the second interview.
