Applied online and filled out a personality survey sent via e-mail a few days later. Received a phone call for an in branch interview about two weeks later. Interview was straightforward for any customer service position. Interviewer was friendly and branch manager was brought in to meet me.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
