Applied on their website for the position to get a identification. After submitting my resume i got a phone interview within 2 days of applying. During the phone interview they do a quick screening about my educations and skills. I got a call back within a day for a in person interview. During the in person interview I had to do a skill test for about an hour. After the skill test I got a one on one interview with the team leader. He and I had a quick chat about getting to know one another. Showed him a portfolio i brought in. He asked me a few questions and allowed me to ask him a few questions. Then i got a quick tour of the place.

I applied online and received a call to do a screening over the phone then was brought in to do an in person interview and InDesign screening. I had to replicate a flyer that was given to see my personal experience and knowledge of InDesign and attention to detail.
