Creative interviews were pretty standard. Agency recruiter reached out, I spoke with them first and then next round was with CDs and the one after that was with a GCD.

It was more of a conversation than an interview. They asked about my portfolio and things I've worked on. Typical stuff.

Entretien
The hiring process itself was slow, but the interviews were always good. They have you come in and speak with the recruiter, who's a nice guy. Then you just wait...and wait...and wait. But it's not a bad process. The interview itself is just a "getting to know you" chat.
