Once both rounds are cleared, the process moves to salary discussion, where Naveen finalizes the salary structure with the candidate. 5. However, even after completing all interview rounds and finalizing the salary structure, candidates may later receive a call stating that the profile is “on hold due to budget constraints.” 6. This raises an important concern about whether the hiring budget is clearly defined before starting the recruitment process, as multiple rounds are conducted before such decisions are communicated. 7. The entire process becomes time-consuming and frustrating for candidates, especially after investing time in interviews and salary discussions 8. From the experience, it appears the company may be trying to hire candidates at lower salaries or below industry standards. 9. Candidates should carefully evaluate the process before investing significant time, as the outcome may remain uncertain even after clearing all interview rounds. 10. Overall, the experience felt unstructured and resulted in unnecessary delays for candidates.

I got shortlisted for technical lead as per HR told. And had given total two rounds 1) Technical 2) Technical with Architects. I cleared the Tech round but in the second round they are asking architecture questions and more about non technical questions and I was thinking they are doing just formilty and wasting time.
