At first you Interview with Mrs. Fiallo who is in charge of recruiting. Once she has approved, there will be another interview with Mrs. Matosantos, School Principal. She will ask a lot about your previous experiences, what are you whiling to bring to the school as a professional, what are the good qualities, what is your vision, etc. Once she has approved, she will then show the head master, and he will take the final decision with Mrs. Fiallo's and Mrs. Maritere's help. this process takes about 3 weeks give or take.
