The interview consisted of a review of my work history, my background and my training history. The interviewer went in-depth on reviews of my training programs that I was involved in, and the training programs that I have created and taught to others. I was asked to go through (step-by-step) of how to set up a firearms training program, how to teach it, and how to administer written testing and shooting practicals. Overall, I felt that the interview went quite well.
