First round interview at a leading MBA program for the Summer Associate position. It was very laid back. No technical questions as opposed to other first round investment banking interviews. Mostly behavioral questions and assessing your fit with the company's tightly knit structure. Also, this company mainly focuses on the telecommunications sector so it is useful to read up on this industry.
