      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TAG Video Systems (Tel Aviv-Yafo) en mai 2024

      Entretien

      The whole thing started with an interview with HR and then with the hiring manager. The most interesting is that I was asked to of an "exercise" with their ownsyastem and I got a test account. This is where everything started going downhill as the system did not work I was supposed to do an update but not update provides, no test streams, - I used free available test streams. Generally the task were simple even though the documentation did not match the system as I would see it on my screen. At some point. even though I was pointing all the issues and completed most items on the list I got the typical "thank you" letter. Generally I would not recommend to anyone, seem to be totally disorganised and in a mess. Sorry really to say that as they appeared really to be nice people, but the whole thing would not work. imaging if you have repeatedly to explain to a customer why things did not work and not having any support. Generally I would be rather reluctant to any of those "exercises" as anytime I had this (also in the past with another company) always seems that those demo systems have undocumented features and known limitations to those using them but not to anyone outside you end trying to troubleshoot their bugs. That's why I propose anyone to stay away.
