For the first level, they have you come in, fill out a basic questionnaire plus a short answer portion with questions like “who would you have dinner with if you could dine with anybody in the world?”. The receptionist was really nice and made small talk with me before the interview. The interview itself was really short, only 10 minutes, in which we briefly discussed the position and in which I answered some basic questions like describing myself and telling the interviewer whether or not I would enjoy customer service. Mostly they look for someone enthusiastic and sociable to ensure that you can do well in sales (even though the position says “marketing”)
