      Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez TABcom en janv. 2010

      Entretien

      filled out application online, waited a few days later they called for an interview, I did some homework about the company what their goals were and what the position required of me. practiced interview questions over and over so i was prepared for anything asked of me. when it was time for the interview I made sure I was 15 minutes early. I dressed appropriatly and I shook the interviewers hand firmly. I was asked to fill out a paper application. when finished i waited patiently and looked around the office from my seat. I was called into the breakroom for the interview there was three mangers in the room. we sat at the lunch tables and they introduced themselves to me I shook their hands and made eye contact. I was asked what do you know about the company? I was prepared for this question so i answered. then she told me about the position and asked if I had any questions? I did so I asked about the calls if they were mostly inbound or outbound calls she answered inbound calls. I asked about the hours? I also asked if there was oportunities for extra training and career advancment? She said yes and told me she would be making a decision by friday and she would let me know either way . I thanked her and left. I wrote her a thank you email the next day. my interview was on a wed and it is now tuesday of the following week and i still have not recieved any notice. so my job search continues!
