This starts with a test about basic market knowledge, personality traits, and critical thinking problems. After this, a standard interview takes place, where they ask about leadership experience and more about the position.

It was a short interview, just about 25 minutes. We had messaged back and forth on a job board to set up a call. My interviewer had a lot of information to quickly tell me about his experience, the company environment, pay structure, and training. He seemed knowledgable and personable. Overall it was simple and straightforward.
