J'ai passé un entretien chez T-Systems

      Entretien

I have attended several interviews in my career, but my experience with T Systems was by far the worst. It felt less like an interview and more like an interrogation session, with the interviewer acting like a rude, arrogant, and unprofessional interrogator rather than a skilled professional assessing candidates. From the very start, the interviewer’s attitude was condescending, cutting me off mid-answer and asking questions in an aggressive and dismissive tone. Instead of having a constructive conversation, it felt like they were just waiting to corner me or make me feel incompetent, which is a horrible way to evaluate talent. A good interviewer knows how to challenge a candidate without being disrespectful, but clearly, T Systems doesn’t believe in that. The questions were not structured well, and the interviewer jumped randomly between topics, making it seem like they were either unprepared or just enjoying making the candidate uncomfortable. The whole process lacked professionalism, patience, and even basic courtesy. It’s one thing to test technical knowledge, but it’s another to treat candidates like garbage in the name of "assessing pressure handling." If T Systems thinks this kind of toxic and rude interviewing will attract good candidates, they’re dead wrong. No skilled professional wants to work in a company where the hiring team is this arrogant and disrespectful. The way they conduct interviews reflects directly on the company culture, and if this is how they treat potential hires, I can only imagine how miserable it must be to work there. Honestly, this was a complete waste of my time, and I would never recommend anyone to apply here unless they enjoy being spoken to like they’re nothing. T Systems seriously needs to retrain their interviewers and learn that hiring is a two-way street – candidates are also evaluating the company, and no one wants to work in a place that treats people like crap. Stay away from this company unless you want to deal with rude, unprofessional, and downright toxic interviewers. Absolutely pathetic experience!
