Aqusition of Debis (mercedes it). I met ceo and sales director for a direct selection. In two different days. Al the process closed in two days. I was hired as Service Manager, after two months,i covered the rule of Sales manager and Service Manager.

Experience. I experienced as Team leader and project manager for large projects and simultaneous porjects.Knowlege of bank , insurance and finance enviroments.Spread knowledge of it enviroment (small, midrange, mainframe and telecommunications).

3 tal gesprekken, waarvan 2 op eigen verzoek met mensen in het veld waarmee je als sollicitant een beter beeld krijgt hoe zo’n organisatie nu echt reilt en zeilt.
Hun sales organisatie staat haaks op elkaar. Management bestaan voornamelijk uit nieuwe mensen die de zaak nieuw leven moeten inblazen terwijl de workforce bestaat uit oud gedienden waar de hakken in het zand staan. Vooruit denkende mensen die een plek tussen de oud gediende zoeken, zien al snel dat er een strijd gaande is waarbij er alleen verliezers zijn

Entretien
Description of working experiences, half in English and half in German with recruitment specialist. The second part of the interview was led by my future boss of the department. The interview was held in a small meeting room with glass doors. They were very nice and polite and the atmosphere was very friendly during the whole time.
