My first interview was with administrative leads of different departments because there were several open positions. I was told my interview would last about two hours but I was there for four. I was given what I considered to be a basic skills test for an experienced assistant. I was called back a week later to interview with department managers.

Questions were fairly routine and typical. I did have one interviewer ask, as her last question, what I did for fun. I thought that was a great question and not one I was expecting.
