Poorly structured, lack of organisation, poor time management, unrealistic of day-to-day duties. I was told the wrong information entirely by the recruiter as one of the interviewers didn't have my CV and thought I was applying for a Python position! I was given a 110% guarantee of particular questions coming up so I prepared well but they were completely different and unrelated. If I was told they may have been different I would've prepared accordingly but I was given a cast-iron guarantee they were of a certain type. His response was "they must've changed them". Well that's comforting for the next candidate(!) so I feel massively deceived and ill-prepared. You couldn't make it up. It was my first interview in 7 years so naturally I was very nervous but this was the cherry on top.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Pointless textbook string manipulation exercise that you would never do (unless you have just graduated), and some data manipulation which was very poorly structured in plain text and not at all well explained. You wouldn't create an Excel spreadsheet in Notepad.
Also the second interviewer was very late which just exacerbated the entire situation and increased the pressure.
Screening interview with HR, 3 interviews of 2 on 1s with team members. Took around 2 weeks total as the interviews with team members were all remote, so I’m assuming there was scheduling conflicts to overcome.

I interviewed here a while ago and ended the process due to receiving a job offer elsewhere. Everyone I dealt with here was professional, friendly, the work looked interesting and I feel the technical test was in line with what I would have expected with the seniority level. They are completely open about hiring process and pay/benefits from the start and in my opinion again these seemed in line or slightly better for the industry

First round was a phone screen with the recruiter. Second round was a high overview discussion with the tech lead and a junior developer. They asked very basic questions about my resume and how I would typically code (structuring code, code reviews, etc). They seemed nice but both appeared to be fairly inexperienced based on some of the questions I asked them.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Discuss resume. How would you do a code review and what would you look for? Do you like to learn and do you apply what you learned to your day-to-day? Very easy, generic questions.
