The interview process is designed to waste your time. I went through 5 stages (initial screening, online coding exercise, architectural & skills round, HR interview, management round, Culture fit with senior management). The skills round is weird. They have a bunch of questions based on Java, Design Patterns and Data Structures. This skills test was not at all language flexible. The candidate is expected to know Java and design patterns(Theory and some applications). The recruiter called and said the team wants to go ahead. They gave positive feedback at each stage but at the end they said I had not performed. There is no point in wasting scheduling time and efforts of 5 different days for 5 rounds. For sure the recruiters and initial screen interviewers need to do a better job. I do not recommend interviewing with the company.
