First, I filled out an online application that included my resume and job experiences. Then I received a phone call a few days later. During this call, a phone interview was scheduled for the next day. I was also sent a test to complete the night before my interview. The test consisted of math problems involving percentages and analogies. The next day I had a phone interview where I was told that I had passed the test and an in-person interview would be scheduled. I had my in-person interview a week after the phone interview. In addition to the standard "tell me about yourself" question, the interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions that were to be answered using the STAR method. It was communicated to us ahead of time that I would be interviewed using this format. I was interviewed by two supervisors who appeared to be in their late 20s or early 30s.

the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.
