They will call you after you place your application in. Then you will speak with the operations manager. The will talk to you about your experience and what the job title is. If you have experience you can talk you pay up some. Then if they think you are a good candidate you will be called in for a drug test and to fill out additional paperwork. Basically at that point you have the job!
