I had to meet at the main metropcs office and it had a very good energy. I sat and spoke with two interviewers and they asked me a seris of questions regarding past experience in retail, in sales and tech questions such as apn numbers and mms settings which are common issues for their customers and their service. Overall it was a pleasant experience and after the interview i moved on to orientation and store placement.

Easy process and easy to pass just show your willing to learn you can pass. also first and second interviews is virtual then orientation started working 2 weeks after 2nd interview

My interviewers were very pleasant and made great effort to put me at ease but I was still nervous anyway due to the situation of first time interviewing with this company.
