I interviewed for a marketing role. Based on my qualifications, I somehow didn't make it to in-person loop with hiring managers. That said, I don't think they are hiring the right kind of people and actually know, based on personal observation. This company struggles to make decisions and constantly has hiring freezes. The lack of stability would make me nervous.

I went through approximately 8 interviews and was told I needed to speak to one more person, who would be my peer, and this took approximately 9 weeks. I was prepared for my final interview and was completely ghosted from the company. I received a general email from HR two months later that I wasn't being considered for the position.
I can’t think of a worse interview experience that I’ve had with a company. Very uncoordinated and definitely not respectful of people’s time. Can’t imagine what it’s like once your actually working there. Bullet: dodged.
