I applied online via LinkedIn. About a month and a half later (on a Friday), I received an email from the hiring manager. I called him and set a date for 11:00 am the following Monday. I arrived early and one of the sales representatives showed me a place to sit, and went to get the manager. Around 11:15 am, the manager walks out, apologizes for the delay, and we headed into the office. Coincidentally, the shipment was arriving, so I witnessed their receiving process. The manager, assistant manager, and I sat down. They each took turns asking me shipping and receiving based questions. Interview lasted about 20 minutes, give or take.

I filled out the application online and was called in to interview about two weeks later. The interview was laid back, but the questions were difficult for me. They asked a lot of situation specific questions. Be ready to recount your previous work experience and to think on your feet.

I applied online, and I got called for an interview ASAP with the store manager about a week later (no phone screening).
I arrived about 10 minutes early, and the interview started right on time. The store manager was very nice, and he explained the position well before he proceeded with the interview (it's basically stocking, setting up displays, and cleaning the store, for those curious). The schedule was about 10-2:30 Mon-Fri, which wouldn't work when I start classes, so we both decided it wouldn't be a good fit. The whole experience was pretty laid back.
Despite the lack of an offer, I got a really good vibe, and the manager seemed to like me. He welcomed me to apply for other positions. This would definitely be a good position for someone wanting to work two part time jobs, but it probably wouldn't work for a full-time college student.

Applied online and received a quick phone interview/screening two weeks later. On the phone, I was asked standard questions and a little bit about my background. It also gave me a chance to inquire a little more about the position as it is still relatively new to the company. At the end of the call, we set up a time and day to meet in person for a more formal interview.
This interview consisted of speaking face-to-face with standard questions such as 'What would you do in [this] situation,' and other basic retail-specific questions. I did ask about the growth potential with this position, but it looks like this is a quite entry-level before becoming a Sales Associate, or someone looking to step down from a managerial position.
Afterwards, a background check is required before proceeding.
