Apply online, you have to take an assessment test. If you pass, you’re invited to complete a video interview where you record yourself answering the questions. If you pass that, store manager or recruiter will call you to have you come in for a in-person interview. I was offered the position same day but took a while for me to start due to a no compete clause for another company I had worked for.

I saw the job opening at JobBoard, so I was trying to apply. It was weird that they were required to do a personality quiz before anything else. It has more than 60 similar questions in a nonsense form(states that they made that for purposes).

A personality quiz that has more than 60 similar questions in a nonsense form(states that they made that for purposes).
They ask about your background work experience / school if any. About 5 situational based questions. Then a little bit about why you want to work there. Takes about 30 mins or so.

Scheduled first interview, then said there would be a second interview. On the second interview, said there would be a third. Basically near zero communication between interviews and eventually an automated email saying I did not get the position. Even though I preform this job for my current employer, it seems that the interview matters more than your skills.
