I applied online which consisted of a assessment. Whithin a week a recruiter contact me for a interview with the area and store manager. Mostly behavior question on past leadership and sales experiences. Such as give me a time when you had to coach someone about there performance. Whithin a week I received an offer

A few steps process. Detailed and very organized . Didn’t take the job because of location and overall plans. Prior experience is needed. Won’t accept relevant experience in different field.

Entretien
initial phone interview with district manager. Asked basic questions about previous experience, and what i was looking for in a company. Next interview was with the store manager. Not to many question except basic ones like situation questions such as what would you do with this employees, what would you do with this customer.
