J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez T-Mobile (Charleston, SC)
Entretien
Interview was done in a group setting. When arrived, was asked to fill out forms and sit in their cafe. After that, sat down with one HR representative and on Team Manager and was asked multiple questions based on Call Center expectations. After that, was asked questions based on past work history and examples of a time when.... The HR rep would write down comments while the Team Manager asked and spoke. Very nice people as they really would like to just get a feel of you right then and there. If you are lucky enough and are picked as a possible future rep, you are then asked to go upstairs to listen to calls for a few minutes with a rep. Finally you are brought down and exited where you wait for a call.

It’s a grueling process. Do several interviews before you go in for an actual interview. It’s more like a mixer. Meet a variety of people then do a one on one.
The interview went well, but when they asked about my desired length of stay, I explained that I wanted to stay for a considerable time, but still launch or perhaps grow the company. The interviewer then went on a rant about how they thought they would only stay at this job for a short while, and their enthusiasm seemed to wane.
