First off I did not make it to the interview because of an online assessment so as that was my experience i am going to start there. The assessment which is what I am sure screened my out was a horrible experience. It asks me to rate things as most and least and offers one of the most subjective tests out there. I am someone that values company time and customer base, wants to help people learn, and STILL make a profit. But because (and i am assuming still that it was the assessment that screened me out) because of that I couldn't show my true potential. I am a MBA student who received a degree in leadership and organizational management, , loves working and interacting with customers, and was applying for a business analyst position that should have been a good fit. But because of this "rank most and least" and "what would your boss say" I was quickly screened out. Please take the time to interview candidates before you throw them to the surveys.

Entretien
Had an initial Recruiter screen where she asked me about my experience and told me more about the position. Then about a week later had an interview with hiring manager. After had a couple rounds with team members. Then completed a analysis which I shared with a panel.

Entretien
The interview process is Long. It Can take months to hear back. Overall, the interview is easy but the process is unnecessarily long. Managers don't follow up in a timely fashion or even when they commit to doing so.

The interview process includes three rounds: meeting the team, a technical assessment, and an interview with the hiring manager. Use the STAR method to answer typical interview questions effectively. Interviewer were polite and friendly. Process took around 3 weeks.
