Very uncomfortable, peers interviewed me with manager and asked questions that were embarrassing, apparently they hadn't looked closely at my qualifications, references, and projects successfully completed or they would have clearly seen I was the Sr. Lead Engineer for all of NYCT Transit, Boston MBTA, and the TDMA PTC coverage required to be installed in every train in the US by 2018.
