Use Linkedin to gain a connection into the company. Was turned downed when I aplied on line but I continue to dig for ways to get into a face to face interview. Was prescreened by HR then passed on to a director for a phone interview. After that meeting met with the director in person for a live interview. I was well prepared and had done a great deal of research about the company. Another interview was scheduled with the director and a potential peer. I was then passed on to a VP for a final interview and again prepared with proof of past sales performance including a book of awards I had received over the years. landed the job and loving it ever since. Persistence Persistence!!!!
