Applied online and was sent a mail requesting for an interview about a week later.
Interview went fine. Was asked specific to my background. On current job and responsibilities.
Was told will be informed if need to come for a f2f interview if selected. Was informed after 8 weeks that I was not selected.

Had an initial Recruiter screen where she asked me about my experience and told me more about the position. Then about a week later had an interview with hiring manager. After had a couple rounds with team members. Then completed a analysis which I shared with a panel.

The interview process is Long. It Can take months to hear back. Overall, the interview is easy but the process is unnecessarily long. Managers don't follow up in a timely fashion or even when they commit to doing so.
