I applied through their careers website and got a phone call 2 days later to fix an interview date. It was an on site interview. The interview itself was pretty easy but keep in mind it was a part time role, the difficulty may vary for different roles. The person interviewing me made sure that I felt comfortable as it was my first time interviewing for a retail role.

Easy, more of a conversation, interview was nice and more both sides talking rather than just one. Lasted around 20 mins. Asked about availability at the end, mainly what they care about

The interview went as well as I expected. The interviewers were very warm and welcoming. It was a very comfortable interview. There was no sense of tension or discomfort at all.
