Applied online, then a couple of days later I was sent an online multiple choice test which involved scenario and personality questions. After that I got a call saying I passed and I had a one-on-one interview with a manager that took about 10-15 minutes with general questions about my last job, what I expected about this job and then some situational questions. Got a call the next day saying I was successful.
