My interview process was fairly easy, I had a chat with one manager who did not seem very interested in my experience and only talked about how wonderful it was to work there. I did not see him look at my CV once.

Greeted politely, sat in staffroom waited to go into the interview, with staff workers coming in and out, questions were generally and asked what I would do in certain situations.

I was guided to a backroom and then asked a few questions for about 20 minutes, it was standard interview questions with no curveballs. The interviewer was very friendly and was filling out a sheet with my answers.
