      Entretien

      Went for Sysvine Technologies in Chennai after applying through Freshersworld.com in April, 2016. There were four rounds. First round aptitude with 15 questions and need to get 80% of it. Simple questions mixed of verbal analytical, reasoning. Then second round was a simple HR where HR asked about myself, my family, background, how long you would be in the company, about resume and projects, so and so. In the third round there was a technical interview on core java, jsp (what you have in your profile and questions depend on the CTC you ask in the previous HR round). Finally a HR technical round (combo) which was not pretty hard and only based on CTC.

      Entretien

      1st Round - Aptitude 2nd round - HR round Only one HR for all the process. I donno what he think about interview basically he doesn't know about himself. Asked stupid questions. 3rd round - Technical round 2 person took the technical round. Questions will be in core java. We can easily clear the round if we have basic knowledge in java. 4th round - CEO round He will ask a basis question. He will put over scene. Still for a fresher CEO round is there. So we can easily understand about the company standard. Finally HR contact for package discussion. Don't expect more. Because it will be very very very low.

      Dear Fresher, We are a software engineering company. Our clients are software product makers. For a programming role, we expect a fresher with a BE degree for 4 years, to have at least 50-60 simple programs of practical lab experience. We expect the person to at least not have bought his/her college project. And to have a simple knowledge of what an IDE is. When freshers do not have any lab experience, however possess good aptitude or attitude, we offer a lower pay, in 5 digits, per month (for the first two full calendar quarters, i.e., approximately 6 months), so that the fresher can learn basics of programming or testing and process of software development lifecycle. And we do remember you, as you had 0 practical lab experience of programming and however, you did decent in the aptitude round. You had a chance of the offer for first 6 months. However, now, we are happy that we did not hire you, as your true attitude has shown up here! HR Sysvine Technologies
