Thru a temporary agency. Only requirements high school diploma, pass drug test, some factory experience. The temp agency cycles thru the high demand for employees due to the high turnover rate by having limited skill requirements. The job descriptions are not accurate. You end up running two machines at a time and are required to fix them by yourself if necessary. This is not listed. They say overtime but, not really. Never did any overtime except meetings that don't apply to temps. Had to pay for own shirts and door key. Training was left up to permanent employees and their opinions of you. Team leaders and supervisor never lifted a hand or worked with you in the training process. Only observed. One week 5 new temps. Three weeks later all the temps would be fired for the same reason. Inadequate leadership and training.
