I applied, then the HR called me for the interview. Afterwards, I got hired. Then I did orientations for almost two weeks. After that I got hired for the job.

You'll watch a video about the company, write down some questions to ask the interviewer, they'll ask you questions about why you want to work for the company etc, they'll ask you which type of site you'd like to work for, discuss pay.

Entretien
The process can be different from one person to the next and from one satellite office to another. My interview was quick and consisted of some basic interview questions. I also know people who have interviews in a group setting vs. Individual as well.
