      J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez System C (Leeds, England) en mai 2025

      Entretien

      This was the second time I applied for a role at System C. The first time I applied, it was a similar role of a release coordinator, and I got invited to the in-person interview. During that interview, I asked whether the hiring manager or the recruiter had any reservations regarding my suitability for the role. Their answer was 'no'. They said I look like a person who can learn new things fast, and that was most important. However, they also said that they need to evaluate me against the rest of the candidates. After that interview, I was not selected further. In about 2 months, the company posted a similar role of a Product Owner. I applied to it through my recruiter, and they got back to us, rejecting my application based on the fact that I wasn't selected last time for a totally different role. Whilst most companies encourage people to try their changes again and again, and not get discouraged, this company puts you on the black list of banned candidates. They don't even consider giving you a second chance.
