Entretien
I had a phone interview with the recruiter and then she scheduled it with the hiring manager and a couple of other VPS. I had those interviews via Microsoft Teams (total 3 hours between 3 people). That process was really quick and went very well. But... afterward, I didn't receive any feedback. I did reach out to the recruiter a couple of times via e-mail but no feedback whatsoever. They are quick getting you interviews but you wouldn't get any feedback.

Star method where they are looking for situation, action, results, etc. in a variety of scenarios to better understand how you might fit within the team's culture. Interviewed with multiple people - 2 interviews with 2-3 people in each phone interview.

Entretien
Initial screening with recruiter. Then took behavioral and IQ tests online followed by 2 Microsoft Teams interviews an hour long each. After the final interview, was told they would have final decision within 2 weeks and would let me know either way. Heard nothing back even after trying to contact the recruiter and was clear she was ignoring my attempts. Very unprofessional not give any feedback and leave candidates in the dark.
