Total of 5 interviews. One with a corp recruiter. One with a local Sysco HR person. One with a District manager. One with another DM and a Regional Manager, and one final with a VP of Sales. All were very pleasant and painless. None of the stupid rote questions that many companies ask. The interviews seem to be base on the ability of the interviewee to carry on a good and intelligent conversation.
3 Step process. Met with recruiter, then the district manager, and after that the head of sales. It was a pretty straightforward process, asked about previous experience and how it relates to this role.
