I applied online. I had a 15 minute phone conversation with an HR recruiter, followed by a half hour virtual interview with the only Toronto-based person on the team. Not even half an hour out of the interview I received a rejection email. I asked for feedback--ten days later I did get feedback, in that my MySQL and Linux skills weren't sufficient for the needs of this position.
