Phone screen was ~30 min call with the hiring manager. Full interview was 1 hour seminar, followed by several 30-minute 1:1 meetings with different cross-functional team members. Some probed personality traits, others probed technical ability. Overall, pretty typical for a PhD-level research scientist position.
